When will the final Ukraine Special Measures EOI draw take place?
The last draw will take place at the end of April 2024. After then, Ukrainian nationals are still able to apply to the MPNP provided they meet eligibility criteria and are competitive in the EOI pool on their own merits.
Am I eligible to have my MPNP application fee refunded?
Ukrainian nationals who receive their Letter of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued prior to May 1, 2024, and proceed to submit a full application within the 60-day period would be eligible for a refund. Individuals who receive a Letter of Advice to Apply after April 30, 2024, will no longer be eligible for the application fee refund.
Can I make an appointment with Immigration Division staff at the Ukraine Reception Centre?
