Diversity and intercultural training
HR experts at Manitoba Start will meet with your company to determine your needs for employee recruitment and retention and how to address them with programs including workshops, seminars and audits.
Immigrant Safety Initiative
This Workers Compensation Board project provides guides for employers and workers (in English, Tagalog, Chinese and other languages) on the rights and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Manitoba Immigration will cost-share customized, on-site language training. Dealing with the language used in your day-to-day operations, the English at Work program will improve safety, increase the pool for internal promotion and succession planning, improve retention and help attract more skilled employees.
