I do not understand English or French. Will you provide an interpreter to help me during the interview?

An applicant who claims moderate or high level of language proficiency must be able to conduct an interview with an MPNP Program Officer without the help of an interpreter. If an applicant claims no language proficiency in either English or French, the MPNP Program Officer may provide an interpreter to assist the applicant during the interview. However, if an applicant requires the services of an interpreter when conducting a Business Research Visit, he/she may contact the Language Bank of the International Centre of Winnipeg at 204-943-9158, or after hours and weekends at 204-943-7954.
